At ManaLocalMall, we understand that sometimes orders may need to be canceled. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair to both customers and vendors. Please review the following policy to understand how cancellations are handled on our platform.

General Cancellation Guidelines

  1. Eligibility for Cancellations:

    • Customers can request to cancel their order if it has not yet been processed or shipped by the vendor.
    • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a return or refund based on our refund policy.
  2. Timeframe for Cancellation:

    • Customers must request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order to ensure the request can be processed before shipping.
    • For same-day delivery items, cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of placing the order.

How to Cancel an Order

  1. Through ManaLocalMall Account:

    • Log in to your ManaLocalMall account and navigate to the "My Orders" section.
    • Find the order you wish to cancel and click on the "Cancel Order" button.
    • Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
  2. Contacting the Vendor:

    • If you encounter any issues with the online cancellation process, you can contact the vendor directly through the ManaLocalMall platform to request a cancellation.
    • Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
  3. Escalate to ManaLocalMall Support:

    • If you are unable to cancel the order through the above methods, you can contact ManaLocalMall support at support@manalocalmall.com.
    • Include your order number and details of your cancellation request.

Cancellation Fees

  • Standard Orders: There are no cancellation fees for standard orders canceled within the eligible timeframe.
  • Custom-Made and Personalized Items: Orders for custom-made or personalized items may incur a cancellation fee if the vendor has already started the production process.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  1. Refund Process:
    • If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method.
  2. Partial Cancellations:
    • If only part of an order is canceled, a partial refund will be issued for the canceled items.

Conditions for Non-Cancellable Orders

  1. Processed and Shipped Orders:

    • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. Customers may need to wait for the delivery and then initiate a return or refund request according to our refund policy.
  2. Same-Day Delivery Items:

    • Due to the fast processing times, same-day delivery items can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.
  3. Perishable Goods:

    • Orders for perishable goods cannot be canceled once they have been prepared for shipping.

Vendor Cancellations

  1. Vendor-Initiated Cancellations:
    • Vendors may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if there are issues with the delivery address, or if there are other unforeseen circumstances.
    • Customers will be notified immediately of any vendor-initiated cancellations and will receive a full refund.
